OK so here I go again.. Its 5:30 AM and instead of sleeping I am in my car, doing a million miles per hour so I can make it to North Boca before the sun comes up. This morning, I have another assigment from one of the greatest commercial real estate brokers in South Florida Douglas Madel. Douglas is an up an comer who works harder than anyone I have ever met. With things being so though these days, if you need your commercial property sold, get in touch with Douglas. You will not find anyone better. I know, I know... I go on these rants, about how good and nice everyone is. I cant help it! Anyways, I made it up there on time (don't ask me how cause I don't remember), met the property manager, got the lights in the building turned on and fired away!
As you can see it was a beautiful morning. The images where captured using a Nikon D3, with a 24-70 mm lens on a trip pod.

So, after I get home from the AM assignment, the pictures were downloaded, post processed and burned on a CD, then I drove to their office since they needed them asap. Thats right! Thats the kind of service I provide to my clients. Then I drive back to my house, pack the car again and head down to one of my favorite places in the world, South Beach (JJ!!!!!). I am trying to race down there before the sun sets to meet the Weisbergs so we can have a nice family shoot on the beach. Of course trying to get there from North Miami in the middle of rush hour traffic is no easy task.

When I finally make it to the Hotel, I pull up to the valet and the nice gentleman informs me that it will be $40.00 to park the car! WHATTTTTT??? He and I both looked at each other like we were both crazy, I pleasantly place my car in drive and got on my way to find me a reasonable parking spot. I love South Beach! However, to my great surprise, I found one 1/2 a block away, for FREE!!!
Again a big rant, sorry! So the Weisbergs are a very special and dear family to me.

I have my reasons, which I wont share (I am selfish that way :) ). After we finally made it on to the beach, where of course it was super crowded for spring break, but we managed to find a few empty spots and get some great shots! Again I love South Beach!
All images were taken with a Nikon D3, 7-200 mm lens.
